As we all know, injection moulding processing is an industry with wide knowledge, strong technical and practicality, which requires the use of plastic raw materials, colour powder, sprues, moulds, injection moulding machines, peripheral equipments, jigs and fixtures, sprays, all kinds of auxiliaries and packaging materials, etc. in the whole process of injection moulding production, which brings a great deal of workload and a certain degree of difficulty in the management of injection moulding workshop. Therefore, we must pay attention to the following three situations when we carry out injection moulding processing.
1、Different raw materials require different temperatures when injection moulding processing. The temperature is too high or too low will have a bad effect on the injection moulding process. If the temperature is too low, it will affect the colour of the liquid raw material; if the temperature is too high, it will be very easy to produce burr phenomenon. Therefore, we should strictly control the temperature of the injection moulding process according to the different raw materials.
2, in the injection moulding process, we also need to control the pouring speed, if it is too fast, it will be easy to produce burrs, and even lead to fill too full and burnt and so on. If too slow, there will be shrinkage phenomenon, as well as easy to break and so on. So we are in the injection moulding process, must control the pouring speed, to ensure that the quality of the products produced meet the requirements.
3, injection moulding process, we also need to pay attention to the control of the cooling time, the specific time required also need to be processed according to the specific circumstances of the product to decide!
